10 Minute Wins Privacy Policy

10 Minute Wins is designed to be private by default.

The app helps you reflect on your life, save personal lists and reflections, remember meaningful experiences, and optionally email information to yourself or others.

This Privacy Policy explains what information 10 Minute Wins handles and how it is used.

No Account Required

10 Minute Wins does not require you to create an account, username, password, or profile.

You can use the app without providing personal information to 10 Minute Wins.

Your Saved Information

You may choose to save information such as:

• Gratitude items
• Personal accomplishments
• Money dreams and resource ideas
• Places you have visited or want to visit
• Adventures
• People who matter to you
• Living Credits
• Questions you have liked
• Written reflections
• FRED responses
• An optional email address used to prefill emails you send to yourself

This information is stored locally on your device.

10 Minute Wins does not operate a server that receives or stores your personal lists, reflections, FRED answers, or other saved content.

Local Storage and Security

Saved lists, reflections, and FRED history are stored locally on your device in an encrypted database.

The encryption key is stored using the iPhone Keychain.

While reasonable measures are used to protect locally stored information, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Email and Sharing

10 Minute Wins allows you to voluntarily email or share certain information.

For example, you may choose to:

• Email a FRED response to yourself
• Email or share one of your personal lists
• Share a question
• Send a Fist Bump to another person
• Export information you have saved

When you choose to send an email, 10 Minute Wins opens the iPhone’s system mail composer.

10 Minute Wins does not automatically send email.

You review and choose whether to send the message.

10 Minute Wins does not receive a copy of emails you send.

Once you send an email, the message is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email provider according to their own privacy policies.

Optional Email Address

You may choose to save your own email address inside the app so the iPhone Mail composer can automatically fill in the recipient field when you email information to yourself.

This email address is stored locally on your device and is not sent to 10 Minute Wins.

Cities, Places, and Landmarks

10 Minute Wins may allow you to search for cities, places, or landmarks.

These searches may use Apple’s system geocoding services.

10 Minute Wins does not use these searches to build a profile about you or track your location.

Information processed by Apple services is subject to Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

Notifications and Reminders

You may choose to enable local reminders, including daily 10 Minute Wins reminders and an optional weekly FRED reminder.

These reminders are optional.

10 Minute Wins does not use reminders to track you, and the app does not automatically email anyone when a reminder occurs.

You can disable notifications through the app or through your iPhone settings.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The current release of 10 Minute Wins does not include:

• Advertising SDKs
• Third-party analytics SDKs
• Behavioral advertising
• Cross-app tracking
• Sale of personal information

10 Minute Wins does not sell your personal information.

Your Information Belongs to You

The app allows you to:

• Edit saved information
• Move items between lists
• Search your saved information
• Email or export your information
• Delete individual items
• Delete individual sections or lists
• Delete all locally stored app data

If you delete the app from your device, locally stored app information may also be removed.

Information you previously chose to email or export may remain with your email provider, recipient, backup service, or other destination outside the app.

Children

10 Minute Wins is a general personal-development and wellness app and is not designed to collect personal information from children.

Because the app does not require an account and does not send users’ saved personal content to 10 Minute Wins servers, 10 Minute Wins does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through an online account or profile.

Parents and guardians should determine whether the app is appropriate for their children.

Health and Wellness

10 Minute Wins contains general self-improvement, reflection, wellness, and lifestyle content.

10 Minute Wins is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app’s features or privacy practices change.

Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.
